You and others will be accompanied by a guide who will take you for an hour in the mine.
Unique film about the history
You start the tour in the movie room where a story from 1970 is played. This film shows the daily life of a miner as it took place 546 meters underground.
Guided tour of the mine
After the film you will be picked up by one of the guides to enter the mine. Here you get a tour of about one hour through the mysterious mine of Valkenburg.
Immersive stories from the guides
The guides are ex-miners and so speak from experience. They give you demonstrations of mining machines that were used in the Limburg mines in the past.
